STAGING PREVIEW · Prepared for owner review
Privacy & discretion

A personal search deserves care.

Privacy begins with understanding what is shared, when it is shared and why.

A private candidate pathway

Candidate profiles are not a public directory. Clients do not browse the network, and applications are reviewed through restricted administrative access.

Discuss disclosure before an introduction

Tell the team about sensitivities around your name, photos, work or public visibility. Confirm which details would be shared and at what point before proceeding with a search.

Share only what is needed to begin

The initial client application is a short introduction, not a full onboarding questionnaire. Please avoid including highly sensitive documents or unnecessary information in free-text fields.

Photos and contact details

Candidate photos are stored as private application files. Ask the team to explain how approved photos, profile details and contact information would be used in a specific introduction.

Questions about your information

Contact contact@matchmakers.inc to discuss information you have submitted or to request correction or deletion. The legal Privacy Policy is being prepared for owner review.
